Tara completed her BA in Complementary and Alternative Medicine in 2019 and her degree in Diagnostic Sonography in 2012. Using a therapeutic approach, she redefines the relationship with nourishment and food and provides a functional lens when reviewing and ordering serum labs and advanced labs as needed. She provides tailored dietary guidelines and supplemental regimens that are attainable and suited for the unique person and disease process. She is devoted to this great mission of being an instrument of personal healing and empowerment to restore optimal wellness.

After her mother’s terminal cancer diagnosis in 2014, she embarked on a mission to discover the root cause of disease. During her time working as a Functional Nutritionist at an integrative clinic for complex illness and alternative cancer treatment and prevention, she obtained a deep understanding of the intricacies of bio individuality and unique disease processes. She became dedicated to solving the reason for unexplained symptoms that standard of care did not have an answer to. She quickly recognized that the relationship with a healthcare provider should be one of support and compassion to have a profound effect on true healing.
